Registering

When you register, we collect your name, your email address, and, if you choose to share it, what you play or do. We use that to send the free monthly newsletter, which is where meeting dates, topics, and any changes are announced. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to the club.

At the moment the registration form prepares an email in your own email application, which you send to us. Nothing is stored or sent by this website itself. We keep the list by hand. To be removed at any time, email biwdavid@gmail.com and we will take you off the list.

Meetings

Attendance at meetings is free and does not require registration. Any sign-in sheet at a meeting is optional. We photograph or record only people who have agreed, and we ask parents or guardians before including anyone under 18.
